Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Item

  Carefully disassemble and repack the furniture in its original flat-pack packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Arrange Transportation

  Book a tracked courier service to return the item to our warehouse or contact us to arrange a professional collection for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
